saturday accountability
920 cals 84 carbs, 90 protein. I will eat something else, but I don't know what. Maybe some hummus.

How did you do today?

I have not put this into the dailyplate yet so not sure of the totals but not bad.I forgot to bring my protein drinks
B-1/2 C oatmeal with splenda and raisons, 1 small sausage patty and 1 hardboiled egg
S apple
L-1/2 hotdog, a small hamburger patty no bun for either(Family Picninc for the Guard) and 1 cookie
S-red grapes
S-tuna and 6 crackers
D-scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey bacon, low carb toast
S-SF/FF pudding
Ran/walked on the treadmill at the hotel for 30 minutes, lots of water it was hot in Portland
So lets see what did I eat:

Beef Hot Sausage w/Egg on Wheat

*Roasted Chicken & Tossed Salad w/ feta cheese lite Italian dressing
Unsweetened Ice Tea w /lemon - No dessert
(Why is it that people don't understand when you tell them the Buffet is
a waste of money for you...but that's where I ate this meal)
Slice of Veggie Pizza - ate the topping only
EAS Protein Shake
Walked 5 miles

Went and filled hubbies perscriptions...6 of them. So this starts another arguement about taking drugs and not trusting the doctor. Why? He's scared. Required negotiations, reasoning and pleading...And crying for BOTH of us..sheesh. So he's taking the quiting smoking stuff (maybe, if he can't quit on his own) and the stuff to guard his eyes for the cataract surgery (everything else is on hold to see if he prostate will react to the natural stuff - vitamins- that we bought). Men are SO sensitive to 'possible sexual side effects."
Had an episode with diarea at Walmart too...End of story? New underwear and some old ones in the trash in the rest rooms. Not a pretty picture. But at least it wasn't a whole outfit..Trying to look on the bright side.

In a moment of weakness right before bed I ate 2 100 calorie cinnimon rolls. uggggggggg.

lol mid night snack..couldnn't sleep so had a hand full of salt and vinager chips..... got in all my water and one cup of coffee. I feel so good about myself. I am so proud of me I am trying so hard. God only knows
