AM:  A mug of coffee with full fat creamer

Pre-breakfast (my daughter and SIL were coming over for brunch at 11 -- I can't go that long without food): 5 meaty strips of bacon

Brunch:
Eggs benedict cordon bleu (scrambled eggs, ham and cheese over a pile of greasy crunchy hash brown potatoes that I substituted for the croissant, drenched in Hollandaise sauce) (ate half of it, brought the rest home for later)
Fresh fruit substituted for the toast (ate only a little)
Cranberry mimosa (it was heavy on the champagne this morning; I drank half there, half in a to-go cup that I finished over the next 1/2 hour)

Snacks after workout and before dinner:
6 oz pineapple juice
2 giant pieces of king crab legs drenched in lemon butter
3 jelly donut holes

Dinner:
Filet mignon
Steamed baby yukon golds drenched in butter and salt
Steamed brussels sprouts drenched in butter and salt

Dessert:
Pumpkin pie with whipped cream

Hmm, I never got around to eating the rest of my brunch today -- I'll have it for breakfast in the morning.

I hit a 16 year low this morning at 5 years, 1 month out.

Start anew?  Meaning you think I made some bad choices??

So, if I post my food intake for the day here I'll be critiqued?  I was the leader on the Food & Fitness board on the DS forum for almost a year, and I would never go through and nit-pick what anyone was eating unless they specifically asked for our help.  I'm not trying to be rude, but I would never feel encouraged by being nit-picked or food policed.  I'm surprised anyone would.  I haven't seen this thread on the grads board before...is it always critiqued this way?
