Blood ........!!!

Hi . I am 17 months out of surgery, I have had no problems with my surgery, I have lost all my weight :) , never even took pain medicine. But today  I am very worried.. I ate Triscuits (wheat crackers) I had a horrible feeling that something was stuck.. I felt ill and went to the bathroom to throwup that is when I noticed a bit of blood in the toilet with the "crackers" sorry if this grosses you out... has anyone ever had blood like this before? I am in no pain and after I rid myself of the crackers I feel fine.. let me know thanks Sheila

I had it once after eating rice. Scared the heck out of me but my surgeon's office said go to the ER if you are worried. It didn't happen again so I did nothing other than NEVER eating rice again!I would call my doctor and discuss it.
