Snacks?

I snack on frozen red grapes and low-fat laughing cow cheese on Trader Jo's low-fat crackers. I am a night snacker and these work for me. I used to drink diet hot chocolate, but I think it was giving me leg cramps. I am testing my theory now. I also freeze bananas when I need extra claories.

Good luck,

nancy

I typically eat 2-3 snacks a day... I love snacks! :-)
anyways heres what I usually eat

1/2 cup of cottage cheese with a tablespoon of flax (maybe w/a lil fruit too)
4-6 crackers (whole wheat) and a slice of RF cheese
1/2 an apple with some pnut butter
1-2 spoonfulls of pnut butter (right off the spoon - yum!!)
palmfull of mixed raw nuts
100 calorie bag of popcorn
fiber one/south beach cereal bars
1/2 cup of kellogs high protein cereal (dry!)
veggies w/LF/RF dip - I usually use RF sour cream w/lipton onion soup mix or RF deans dip
whole grain pretzels
baked chips w/salsa mixed with RF sour cream

Does RF mean real fat?
If so what makes you use those?
Are those better than the fat free or 2% cheese?

Just wondering.. I am planning a menu and trying to get back on track.

i would think it means reduced fat?

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

reduced fat.
I tend to avoid FF products because they are typically too many chemicals in there, I try and eat things where I can understand the ingreadiants lol. Also fat, sugar and salt flavor food, when you remove one, one or both of the other two go up... I always try and find a good balance on the label when choosing regular, reduced/low fat or no fat foods!
