Shake Survey
I really like the Matrix 5.0 in chocolate. I buy it at The Vitamin Shoppe instead of paying for shipping from ordering online. I know they had the other flavors, but I like the chocolate. I started blending it with Silk Soymilk Light, Vanilla flavored and it adds a nice flavor (along with 6 grams of protein) They also have chocolate, so I may try that. I have also mixed it with that bottled Min****er that you can buy at stores, and it tastes like a peppermint patty. The shake tastes good with regular water, too, amazingly.
There are also these little vials called New Whey 42, with 42 grams of protein, no carbs per 3 oz container. I usually drink half of it since I'm told that we can't absorb over 25-30 grams of protein at a time. I wont lie, they aren't great. They are very sweet, and a texture like a Jello that hasn't set fully. But, it's a lot of protein and it's easy to get down only a few sips. I also buy those at Vitamin Shoppe, but most nutrition stores have em.

Any of these are what I use:
1.) Champion ProScore 100 choco + 8 oz water + ice, blended (hand blender or Magic Bullet).
2.) Champion Pure Whey Stack choco + 6-8 oz water, shaken.
3.) IDS vanilla-cinnamon + "glop" of DaVinci sugar free caramel sauce + 8 oz water + ice, blended.
4.) the PWS chco + the van-cin (50/50) in about 10 oz ho****er, stirred or hand blender.
They deliver 30g protein, less than 3g sugar, less than 200 calories, when made with water.
Lately I've been adding a shake of cinnamon to my hot ones since cinnamon fights belly fat.
I always put 1 scoop of UpCal D powder in (500mg calcium citrate, 250 IU of vit D3).
