Did You Move To Lose Today? Friday, YES, YES, YES!
Hey Everyone....
It's Friday and the week is almost over
Time to unwind and catch your breath....if you are like me you use your weekend to run around and do all the things you didn't get done during the week
In between all that you think I would have the nerve to tell ya to take time to move to lose
Yes I would
If you don't have time to go to the gym then run around the grocery store. Park far away, you know all those little things that make up for a work out when you have very little time
Don't forget to do some exercise that will help with all the stress we are all under these days....... I will have some suggestions on that next week, so stay tuned
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and let's end the week and start the weekend right!
I walked Rocky this morning, did 3 miles on the treadmill.... Hope to find time to hit the bag tonight but have house work to do. I will be putting on the tunes and working hard

Hi Kathy, yes I did move to lose today. Started my day really early...instead of going home and going to bed
(work overnight) I made several trips up and down the stairs gathering comforters to take to the laundromat. They're way too large for my washing machine....so while they were washing
Duchess and I took about a 15 min walk to the park....after which I ran to the market did a little grocery shopping and then to the PT all before 9:30am. Eric (my PT) really gave me a "feel in my bones" workout
today. I guess I shouldn't complain, because I did tell him that I workout harder at home than I do with him.
I had hoped to do some cardio when I got home, but I got side tracked shopping for a winter coat. I have almost NO winter clothes. When I went into the store I was
overwhelmed....my radar sent me straight to the "PLUS" size section of the store where I got all of these crazy
looks.Well tomorrow is another day, and I hope to give it that extra push. Working towards my goal of trying to lose another 30lbs.
