Well, to maintain is a feat unto itself also...Before the surgery, I couldn't even maintain where I was. It was foreign concept to me. Sitting still, an awesome concept..LOL.

Looks like you did okay on the protein. SoBe bars tend to give me really noxious gas so I try and get my protein from meat more than bars. Don't you just love chicken mole? I just made it last week and LOVE it. Mexican food is soo good!

My Wednesday:

Breakfast - Reduced sugar oatmeal w/ calorie countdown milk

Snack - Protein shake

Lunch - Mulitgrain pita stuffed with grilled chicken, shredded cheese, and veggies

Dinner - Turkey and cheese on multigrain english muffin, reduced sugar yogurt

Snack - String cheese and grapes

64 oz of water
