Hi guys, Just checking in-I've been SO sick all week and have hardly been eating! I just got tested for e. coli today-probably picked it up at a sketchy brewpub I went to last Saturday. I've pretty much been living on vitamins, herbal tea, and oatmeal. I'm starting to feel a lot better though and hope to be back on track asap.

Food poisoning id so bad and e coil on top of that really sucks. hang in there when i had food poisoning  they told me to drink plenty of water to try to flush things out. Hang in there it dose get better.

Food poisoning is not fun. Please take care of yourself and start out slowly with the food...Sorry you're feeling bad.

Breakfast:
1oz ham
1oz swiss cheese

Snack: Apple
Snack: Low fat yoghurt

Lunch:
Snack pot of ham, cheese & pasta 275 cals - didn't really enjoy it - tasted very processed :o(

Dinner:
Green Thai chicken curry - 187 cals for pre made sauce plus cals for chicken

Snack:
1x chocolate cookie (I'd been craving one all day and when I went to a meeting there was a plate of them right in front of me. I picked it up without thinking.  Grrrr I'd managed to go all day without succuming).

I have some of that potted meat at work as a "last resort" sort of thing...that and crackers might save my sanity someday...LOL.

Well, that one chocolate cookie isn't too bad. You had it late and didn't snack after that. You have all night to process it and it probably won't cause you to want a bunch more in the morning...I think you did pretty good.

Keep up the good work. 4 pounds...WOW! That's awesome.
