Update on the 19 months and weight gain post!!!
For those of you that read my post and commented last week.. A HUGE THANK YOU!!! I took your tips and encouraging words to heart and they have really worked!
I charted everything I'm eating for over a week now.
I've worked out 3 days this week and gone on a few hikes.
I'm drinking at least 80 oz of water a day.
I found drinking the water really helps me not snack or crave sweets.
My cal's varied around 900 to 1200.
Believe it or not I wasn't really that hungry.
I kept my protein up to at least 60-80 grams a day.
I can't believe this but I'm down 7 lbs!!!!!!!! I NEVER expected this.
That's with the SAME scale.. fully dressed
(last week I weighed without clothing on)..
So I know it can't be a trick. I'm just floored.
I don't expect this to happen next week, but I'm thrilled with reward this has brought. I'm going to keep it up.
