ANYONE OUT THERE GONNA START THE 5 DAY POUCH TEST TO GET BACK ONTRACK?
where can i find the 5 day pouch test? i am about 2 and a half years post op and i have recently started gaining back weight. this is after losing 117 lbs and then having the excess skinned removed. i have been feeling very disgusted lately. went to see my surgeon due to pain in my left side while eating he thought i may have kidney stones, i think im just over eating. the doctor said i do have some fluid in my pouch.... not exactly sure what that means. i have already gained 18 lbs but im afraid i will wake up and find myself at 328 lbs again. i cant deal with that. bein that i had the excess skin removed about 8 months ago the weight gain has me looking about 4 months pregnant being that it all landed in my belly. being that no one else understands this is a lifelong struggle for us but us i decided to come home to my obesityhelp family for the support to get through this. any advice will be gratly appreciated along with the info on where to find the 5dpt.
