Accountability - Tuesday
The bratwrust is definitely high in fat (44 grams) and high in protein (24). The fat count bothers me, but the taste of it curves my white carb demon. So it's a trade off and so far the scale is still moving downward, about 0.2-0.5 lbs per day. I'm scared, cause I don't want to get to excited, I'll blow it. Self-sabotage is definitely in my nature. My boyfriend was born in Frankort, Germany, he talks about those little loaves of rye bread. His grandparents still live there.

Half a pound a day! Wow..That's cool. I think I'm gonna look for a loaf of that rye bread this weekend. A couple of slices of that with tuna salad...Like a sandwich but mini...
I'm also gonna look for bratwurst too. I get so many ideas for different things to eat from reading lists..AND it keeps me motivated to.

i need to get my butt to the doc. it is a long way to my doc. about 3 hours. so as soon as i get an apt. i will get in to see him as see what is going on. but this is what i had yesterday.

I'm sorry you're feeling bad. Looks like your tummy is upset and you're trying to settle it with potatoes (my favorite comfort food. My tummy likes it)
