Anyone want to join me on the 5dpt today?
I was up to 158.5, and I have made it my permanent goal in life to stay in the 150s, so I have decided to take action here and now. I'm going to do a version of the five day pouch test ( www.5daypouchtest.com ) to get my carb cravings under control. Anyone in the same boat and want to join me today? It has really helped me to get carbs out of my system and to up my protein intake, while giving my pouch a break from all the digestion it's been doing, when I've done it in the past.
I'm off to the store to get a few things for soup recipes from the website!

I have gained 10 pounds and I don't want to go up in the scale, I wanna go down. I still want to loose about 30 more pounds but my husband says a lot of this is excess skin. I don't know. Anyhow, I just started taking in my protein powder again and drinking that as I have not been doing so.
