located in the middle, right below the sternum. I wonder if I am doing anything wrong to cause this. It feels like irritation. Sunday I had some food I don't normally eat, in tiny amounts. This has been a very, very tense week (selling a house, having it out with a difficult client, a kazillion phone calls, planning for Christmas). Either hot soup or tranquilizers help, though not hungry at all, mainly thirsty. Is this a typical post-bypass-person-in-the-grip-of-nerves type thing, or does it sound medical?

Hmmm.  Not sure.  I had a tummy tuck almost 4 mths ago, and I get very sore but I know it is from that.  Are you lifting too much?  Exercising.  I would call my Surgeon.  Be safe and Merry Christmas!

Thank you....I was about to do that, but I got lucky, and it stopped. I'm not sure whether it was all the Truelime I'd been putting in my tea, a wild stressful week, or simply hunger with no appetite so that I didn't eat. I hope it doesn't come back!
