WII said I was obese
I got a new WII & I'll be darned if that llittle MII didn't say I was OBESE. LOL. I am 40 lbs from my goal. Never made it but still trying. But isn't that the key to "keep trying?"
but I was wondering ,Has anyone ever bought the lean cuisene meals or such to help them keep track of axactly how many cal you eat? I was thinking of making myself out a plan using them to count the cal going in. I am the type of person that needs to know exactly how much & have it measued out for me. Kinda like Jenny Greg. Because, I know it's stupid but, I always measure on the high side of things. Like my body will believe it if I say in my head that it is only 1/4 cup when it's really 2 bites more. That does add up in a day. So I plan to go shopping today & try this for a week. I will eat only what is on the menu that I will make up for the week. If I don;t eat it all I will throw it awy. And NOT substitute it for other stuff. I will check the ingredients before I buy it. I don't want all the partially hydradanated crap in my system. It sounds like a plan to me. I gained 4 lbs over this past holiday & I did drink alcohol. BAD TOAD. But that's my answer & I'm sticking to it. For a week anyway.

Alot of those prepackaged frozen meals don't have very much protein in them. I insist on having more than 15 grams of protein for each meal but shoot for 20 grams or more. Sam's Choice has frozen meals that are higher in protein but they're 4 meal portions (4 meals per box).

You need to also watch the salt in pre packaged frozen dinners. I do use them at work it's better than fast food.
