Still here and checking in
I had my lapband in 05, and am in the + percent as told by my Dr :)
At my last appt I didn't even get anything out to be checked for leakage in my band.
I guess I have been doing fine maintaining with my tool.
Although I do have things I have to work on daily such as vitamins and water drinking and exercise.
But I love my choice to do this and my band 4yrs out..
