Well, I was over the top on protein today but also over the top on calories. Here goes:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1 oz instant grits, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, handful of dried mango
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (and my vitamins)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink, Propel Fi****er, Berry
8:15 am 1 medium pear
9:00 am 2 oz Lowrey's Beef Jerky
9:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:15 pm 2 beef tacos, cheese and tortillas
Calories: 1878
Fat: 68.8
Carbs: 158.
Protein: 162.7

35% protein today. High but with the calories...Is that good? I think so.

How did you do today? Staying steady at 126.8 for two days. I'm liking that number but should be increasing...Just don't wanna. LOL. How about you?

I did really well today. 2nd day at gym (3 miles on treadmill, some ab and leg exercises)

B: oatmeal and 1/2 bananna
L: salad w/ tomato, bell pepper, feta cheese - 1 tb italian dressing
     1/4 brown rice with some beeftips and gravy
S: a handfull of baby carrots
D: shrimp and cabbage stiryfry
S: cheese
also sampled a little mac and cheese I made for hubby!

Calories : 1150
Fat: 54
Carbs: 94
Protein:73

I'm trying to lose some weight but I hope i'm not starving my body.
Yesterday I ate 1389 calories but I did 4 miles on the elliptical, abs and arms.
Any advice?
Heaviest Weight: 330
Pre-surgery Weight: 321
Goal Weight: 150ish
Current Weight: 200
Having this life changing surgery has been one of the best decision I have every made!

I guess Thursday was a Shrimp day. LOL. We all did shrimp. It's so good and high in protein and low in fat. Good stuff.

B) 3-4 slices beef bacon, small biscuit, grits
L) 5 large shrimp, 1 chicken finger, celery with ranch
S) Insides of a 6"  turkey Subway sub
S) 1 oz very sharp cheddar with 2 water table crackers
Very late D) 1 chicken leg, 1/2 cup rice with veggies in it, 2 oz ****tail with very tiny shrimps
S) Sf popcicle
High calories today, but good on protein, and lots of water.

Shrimp was the order of the day yesterday I think! I pack myself five jumbo shrimp with ****tail sauce for a snack in my lunch bag some days...Good stuff. Yesterday the pineapple and brussel sprouts seemed to NEED to be heated up with those shrimp. LOL.

I bet your carbs were a whole lot less than your protein too. So the calories aren't where you want...it's all good.
