Accountability - Sunday
Not a bad day. I actually forgot to eat lunch. I had 2/3 of a crispy meal replacement bar cuz we went shopping a second time this afternoon before the Nascar race. Walked in as they said "Boogity...."
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, soy milk, tvp, applesauce
2B: 3 egg omelet with chili and cheese, 1/2 cup home fried potatoes
S: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
L: 2/3 South Beach Crispy Meal Replacement Bar (Peanut Butter)
D: 1 pork chop, baked, 1 small baked potato
I got in 4 bottles 24 oz each, water. one short but still, knowing my weekends, acceptable.

protein was 27% today. Not where I like it but still acceptable. I guess this is "acceptable" sunday. LOL
