, how low or high the cal#'s or carb #'s or whatever is really not important ( my belief ) as long as the maintainance #'s are where you want to be...Everyone functions at a different level, we're individuals with different needs, so keep up doing what you are doing, as long as it WORKS for YOU than what you are doing IS WORKING...
I like the food lists too, it sparks new ideas for me...

Alesia 5'5" 135lbs The day I had wasn't the greatest. Suffering from all sorts of really hard stress so my Thursday list was suffering. At the point that I answered you, I think I had 100 calories into the day when I usually have 7 or 800...Really bad, mental day.
