Accountability - Monday
rib meat can be really REALLY filling. I mean my pouch will baulk at it if I don't chew it to oblivion..
You ate well yesterday, good for you!
And unleaded coffee..did they tell you, you have to give it up forever? Is it because of how you aren't sleeping well? That's okay. coffee is no big thing..
Keep up the good work. See ya.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Nice work..Maybe add some protein to that oatmeal (if you make it with protein powder it works good) to make it a complete. and add some protein in the snacks too. (wrap the zucchini with a slice of turkey deli meat?) As long as you get plenty of water with the protein during the day the system should work well. You're there on the good carbs, though..
chili dog isn't bad...just the bun. LOL.
and the glass of white wine..that's necessary to reward yourself for the effort of the changes..
Doing good. Small changes in course can effect where you end up..the key is to make the changes in small stages. You don't tip over the sailboat in that way!
Keep up the good work. See ya.
