Accountability - Tuesday
They have smaller tubs at Walmart. I like having chocolate, vanilla and strawberry around for different things. I found a protein cake recipe...works good. Oh, and I found single serving pouches in the health section of Stater Brothers a couple weeks ago. a dollar a pack. Not bad if all you want is a couple to tide you through a long weekend or something (like camping).
I'm going to try that crockpot chicken..I have all that stuff and need to get it out of the pantry and freezer. LOL. I'm so bad at hourding food.
I'm going to try and remember no coffee later..I used to be able to do it but...alas, this last Tuesday has shown me how very old I'm getting. lol.

The week is just racing along for me already...I was SUPER pleased with my food totals for Tuesday, was a really good food day...Wish I could do every day like this, but need variety to keep my food maniac happy, thus my total very wildly every day...As long as I keep pretty much on the status quo on the scale and my clothes, I can work with it...
B - choc and banana protein shake
S - coffee w / carb countdown
S - 12 grain toast spread with laughing cow light garlic cheese and a hb egg
L - grilled portobello mushroom stuffed with goat cheese, 1.25 oz filet mignon (leftovers) and
1/2 c cucumber slices
S - mini almond snickers, hershey's dk choc nugget w / almonds
S - 1 prune and 6 slices of pepperoni
D - 4oz grilled tilapia topped with sweet onions and paperthin lemon slices, 1/4 c steamed
white rice and 1/2 c steamed broccoli & cauliflower blend
S - sm palm homemade trail mix
Water / crystal lite / hot tea 132 oz Cals - 1010 Fat - 40 NetCarbs - 53 Prot - 99

VERY impressive! And aren't you happy with the totals on protein that the tilapia gives you? Hardly any calories and all that protein..you just can't beat fish..I have to stay away from caffeine late in the day...you didn't do that but I have to keep reminding myself! LOL.
