slim shots

Has anyone used slim shots to help control hunger? Am 5 years post op, insulin resistent, pcos, and have gained back 40 lbs. Because of the insulin resistence, I am constantly fighting cravings and wanting to snack a lot. I need something to kill the cravings, so I can follow my plan better. Thanks.

I have a non WLS friend in Las Vegas who has been using them for about two months. I think SHE THINKS they are helping,. I dont think she is making better food choices but isnt losing much weight.

I started using them this past Sunday. I have taken 2 slimshots daily and I do believe they are making a difference. I have not weighed yet, I just got back from a trip. I will see if I have lost in the morning.
