Another barbeque but the day started out WAY too early after not getting to bed by midnight. LOL. I'm too old to be doing that stuff..

B: (alittle late) 3 egg omelet with ortega chili peppers and swiss cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1.5 slices of rye toast without the crust

L: you know? I don't think I remembered to eat lunch. I had to nap for at least an hour because no sleep makes Dawn a cranky girl! I did eat a Tri-o-Plex package of cookies..I figure it's about a half of one of those brownies..

D: 1 beef rib, 1 chicken thigh, 1/4 cup cucumber salad, probably a cup of tortilla chips, 1/3 cup guacamole (yummy!) 1/4 cup salsa, 2/3 cup raw fruit (strawberries, melon, grapes) with sugar free cool whip...I ate and visited and had a wonderful time.

Not enough water..only three bottles if that at all. I did get my vitamins..I think a bottle of water or cup of tea and I'm off to bed...good thing I have an extra day in this weekend or I'd be calling in sick tomorrow. LOL.

Granted the protein is low..But I'm too tired to stress over it and tomorrow is official do-over day. LOL.

Hot day! Not too bad on the eating for a holiday
B-scrambled eggs w cheese, bacon and a small scoop hashbrowns
S-hummus and vegetables
L 1/2 hamburger patty, 1/2 hotdog, scoop NSA baked beans
S-hummus vegetables
D teriyaki chicken, baked sweet potato
S-raspberries
S baked cheese puffs
S graham crackers
Snacks were while I was watching fireworks, all my water, iron,calcium and such and we started off the day with a 4 mile run at 0700!

Great list and good job for the running..I must have done something yesterday. I'm sore today..and I can't remember doing anything physical at all.

My neck is sore form watching my neighbors fireworks for hours! I can't imagine how much money was blown up last night. My husband has to pay cash when he buys ours because I do not want to know! Rest up today tomorrow is you know what; Monday!
