Accountability-Monday..
I guess I'm mostly recovered from the weekend cuz I'm already thinking about a barbeque at my place this weekend. LOL. I didn't do too bad today but it's mostly cuz I really worked on my water and had shrimp for dinner. dh doesn't like shrimp but again, ds and I out voted him. LOL. Poor guy...now that I know ds like fish, we have it alot more often. Can't beat the protein in fish!
List for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, 1T margarine
7:20 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
8:00 am 1 pc SF Chocolate covered peanut butter cup (Winco)
8:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
10:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat and 4 animal crackers
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
1:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh meat cooked, 1 cup lettuce raw, 1 medium slice tomato, 3/4 oz thousand island dressing
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Berry Caffeinated
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Arizona Lemon Ice Tea
6:15 pm 5 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 corn on the cob with a smidge of margarine (figured 1/3 T) and 1/8 cup of boston baked beans.
7:00 pm Dessert: 1 package of Chef Jay's Tri-O-Plex oatmeal raisin cookies...I sure had plenty of room for that dessert and more!
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1577
Fat: 65.6
Carbs: 118.1
Protein: 138.1
Now that's still got room for a hundred calorie pack of kettle corn...but I'm thinking I'm one container short on water so maybe some Lipton Herb tea (chocolate is my fav..) and I'll be warmed on the inside and ready to sleep.
For activity today I walked some..maybe a 1/4 mile. I worked in the yard picking up rocks and hauling the wagon for a half hour..Not much but it's better than nothing. With the weekend I had, I'm entitled to rest alittle.
How did you do?

I had an average day could of done better and could of done worse! I took the day off to go to Seattle for a consult for my hernia repair that I will have with some plastics later this summer or fall.
B-1/2 wrap low carb, baked chips and a string cheese
S fiber one bat
L teriyaki chicken and home made sweet potato fries
S watermelon
D-black bean soup, wheat crackers and cojta cheese on the soup
S-mcdonalds cone
went to my first class on weights and ran a bit over two miles I am not sure I got all my water but it is close. I got all the rest except calcium; I am out.

When they do the hernia surgery, you'll have to take some time off of running, right? What the heck will you do? That's so connected to your life..How did the consult go?
List looks really good. Keep up the good work..
I did switch to the calcium citrate with magnesium zinc and vitamin D but I figure it takes time to get rid of the cramps. I had alittle cramping last night but it wasn't bad. I found that if I curl my foot over the dashboard of the car (dh was driving and we couldn't just pull off the freeway!) it will stretch that arch out and the top of the foot out...it worked that time. Maybe not next time but hopefully the new vitamins will work.
See ya.

Another good food day for Monday...Went out for lunch, quiche looked to be the best choice on the menu, of course it was in the crust so and since is was homemade basically impossible to eat the filling out and avoid the carbs, at it all so that item was my highest carb choice of the day...Still the overall numbers looked good - I'm satisfied with my day

B - choc & banana protein shake
S - coffee with choc carb countdown
S - protein coffee
L - chicken, provolone and broccoli quiche & a couple bits of mixed greens with a
drizzle of raspberry vinagrette
D - 2 scrambled eggs with quesadilla cheese mixed in, 2 maple sausage links and 1/2 cup
mozzarella, cucumber and tomato salad
S - 5 small chunks of watermelon ( while I was cutting it up for the kids )
Water / crystal lite 96 oz Cals - 1182 Fat - 66 NetCarbs - 51 Protein - 95
Needed more water, usually over 100 oz easily...
Bye for now...

Note to self: the numbers for quiche without the crust are just like those for an omelet...LOL. You did fine! I mean, who eats the toppings off a pizza and leaves ALL the bread. I know I have to take a couple of bites at least. I did eat all the innards out of a calzone once but only when I have nerves of steel..
You did awesome...Keep up the good work.
