What a day! I am ready for the weekend already...

List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, 1T margarine
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 2 pc Sugar Free Chocolate Mint Meltaways
9:45 am 10 oz hot herb tea, Peach
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
12:30 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 2 Chef Jay's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies (Not sure if the cookies didn't agree with me (glycemic) or what but the afternoon slump got slumpier!)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated (I needed it, sleepy to the nth degree)
3:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
4:00 pm 1 medium orange
4:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch

6:00 pm 5 oz boneless pork chop (before cooking), 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/3 small baked potato.

Stuffed! I have to change my clothes and get some rocks moved. I did alittle walking and that's better than nothing but still less than I should..

Protein: 130.9

Not bad. Protein is alittle high but I got just about enough water. All my vitamins..alittle activity (more coming) but all in all...it wasn't a BAD day.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

l-chicken leg, bbq beans, potato salad
s-ricotta cheese w/ cin/splenda/blueberries and strawberries
s2-pb crackers
d-sloppy joe, brocc and cukes (raw),tater tots
s- 2 bits brownie, bite of bagel bite, 1/2 c fruity pebbles w/skim milk
