I do those chocolate mug (cup) cakes but with no sugar, a girl named "eggface" put the recipe on here somewhere. I can dig it up for you if you want....At least that works for me. It's the bread/carbs in it that bloats me up.

Your list looks really good..Keep up the good work. See ya.

I would love the sugar free version. I think it would be really fun to make with my 8yr old daughter for movie night. i think I will split the recipe up into 2 mugs though, its too big for 1.
thanks!

5 Minute Sugar Free Cake

1 Egg, beaten
3 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons sugar free syrup (chocolate is good)
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
3 Tablespoons Multigrain Pancake Mix (carb quick works well)
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder ( I use EAS Soy Protein)
Pinch salt
1 - 2 cup Measuring Cup or Microwave Safe Mug

In a measuring cup or microwave safe mug, Mix egg, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, cocoa, protein powder and salt. Tip dry into wet and stir till combined. Nuke in microwave for 2 minutes (my microwave is getting old and needs 20 seconds added now.)

I hold most of the stuff inside and don't let him know how I feel about things because he's never really offered and I don't want him to feel guilt either...It's too late for that stuff and wouldn't serve any purpose other than helping me out...it doesn't help him any so...I let it go.

My issues are with not letting this harm my eating at all. In the past, it was binging...now I'm afraid I may starve but when I get home, I feel better..when I'm on here, I feel better. We'll see. I'm trying really hard to wait until I find out how bad things are. No use panicking before it's time.

You did great~! Lots of protein, not too many carbs. Awesome! Keep up the good work. See ya.
