B - choc, banana, and coffee protein shake

L - 2 1/2 oz chicken-n-gravy, 1 1/2 oz pot roast, 1/2 c peas, 1/4 cup scalloped apples, 1 oz salad

Dawn, another well wishes for your labs, know what you means about vials and vials of blood, it almost laughable - NOT...Do you think the fasting is creating REAL hunger or HEAD hunger? I know for myself, I'm never really feeling starving and the longer I go without food in a busy the easier it is to not eat, as long as I keep the liquids coming in...
