WL cuestion

 Hi guys im gonna be 2 years out next month. total loss of 109 lbs. im very happy about that altho i would like to lose an other  10- 15, i've being on this weight for over 6 months now. i loss  and gain 2 to 3lbs. 
the thing its that i've been really trying, i eat 1000-1200 cal daily and swim 2,000mts  or walk/run 6 days a week, i watch my carbs carefuly, n no matter what i do the scale doesnt move. is that it? is my body already used to this weight.?
hopefuly im gonna have my plastics in 2 months n i'd really like to lose 10 lbs before.
i have tryied change my excercise routing i have done that 3 times already, change my diet. up my protein, im out of ideas now! lol.

Probably muscle weight. You could increase your calories and see if you start losing again but I think you've already guessed it. I would agree that this is it.

I could be wrong, I've been in a stall for a long time too but for the last 2 years I've been at approximately the same weight: at or near 125 whether I eat 2000 calories or 800 calories. Yeah, up or down 5 pounds.. but mostly the same.
