accountability sunday 1/10/9
started day with 2 mile walk
breakfast eas protein drink, about 3 hrs later 1 large scrambled egg 1/2 of armold sandwich thin
lunch spinache,mushroon panini lean cuisine
snack fiber one bar
dinner 3oz lean steak 1/2 sweet potato 1/2 cup homemade ministron soup
snack mini bag of microwave kettle corn popcorn
64 oz fluids took all suplliments
had a good day
cal 1235 protein 77.4 carbs 152
Well, the weekend is over..I didn't do too bad but it was because I got busy later in the afternoon when I would have had a snack. I may still have another snack before bed...but I'm super tired, maybe no snack.
Crazy day:
B: coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, 1/2 protein pancakes and syrup
2B: 3 oz steak, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices whole wheat toast without the crust and 1/3 cup cottage cheese
No lunch actually..I went out and raked leaves, moved things to the burn pile and trimmed the grapevines..repaired the fence around the garden, tilled the flower bed, organized the storage shed.
Snack at about 5 pm. 1/2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup.
D about 7 pm: 1 tuna sandwich with relish and raspberry dressing, jack cheese and sandwich thin..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1342
Fat: 63.1
Carbs: 95.5
Protein: 119.8
Nice low numbers! Now all I have to do is figure a way to get around my afternoon mouth trouble. Something more I have to work on, I guess.

Don't forget to pack your protein snacks...beef jerky is really good for that. If you're stuck and there isn't anything wls friendly, you've at least got jerky.
Yeah, I have alot to get done before spring. Spring is when the wind blows really hard around here and it starts sometime in February. If I want to get ANYTHING done, it has to be before February.
You can't have increased in weight over night...in a week, that sort of increase is possible but if over night, it has to be salt..AT least that's what I tell myself when the scale gives me news like that. After the day I had yesterday I actually dropped 2 tenths of a pound...not enough water and not enough calories..This week I'm looking to get my water back up..
Remember, three day weekend next weekend...that should make the week go alittle faster.

Hate when I am out for the day and without "Our" food. Didnt know we were going to be gone all day, it wasnt planned!
I think your right. Had "processed" soup on Sat and Sun, my own fault! Salt is sooo bad, and my period didnt help either!!
I never heard of that about the winds and spring. Thats really interesting that you have to get the work done before the wind comes. Things we "Northerners" dont have to think about. We just have to get the work done before all of WInter or we are shut in for at least 4 or 5 months!!! Too funny!!!
Thats right about the three day weekend! Forgot all about it! I will have the kids home on Monday so we will have to come up with an activity...I say they go outside and play in the snow and I watch from the window... I will also work out too! Gym, of course, will be crowded, it starts thinning out in February. Looking forward to all that walking in Disney!!!
On a better note I was able to stop wearing a gap 10 jean (curvey) and buy gap 8 (curvey). These jeans are the best! They fit my caboose and are small in the waist! I just love them, but not the price tag! Had to have them for Disney (yeah, that what I keep telling myself...) and my husband..
I am already doing better today..
