Not a bad day...sort of busy and again, I didn't get enough water. I've started my third container but also had a 10 oz decaf coffee in the afternoon...Cleaned the house. That vacuum is really heavy. 3 loads of laundry, shopping..cleaned the house and straightened up some.

Coffee w/nsa swiss miss
B: 1/2 protein waffle with peanut butter (1 tablespoon)
24oz container of water with crystal light

Coffee w/half n half
2B: 3 egg omelet with bacon, swiss and spinach
24 oz container with morning spark (caffeinated)

Coffee w/nsa swiss miss
Lunch?: 1/2 protein waffle with peanut butter (1 tablespoon).
decaf coffee w/nsa swiss miss 

Knowing that I had tons of protein already...I skipped any protein from this point on.

Dinner: really a snack: sugar free blueberry muffin bread with butter.
24 oz container water with peach crystal light

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1396
Fat: 74.1
Carbs: 87.5
Protein: 110.1

Tomorrow is another day. I'm just not sure how to increase my water  on the weekends...Any ideas? 

How did you do? Meh, I did okay. Funny how knowing I need to improve the water makes the good I did with protein/carbs just not that much of a victory..

It was a beautiful day outside, yet i spend the entire day in the house. Grant it, i was banging away on a project for class, but i still could have at least gone for a 20 min walk.
Before i knew it, it was 3pm & I hadnt done anything but work on my assignment.
I choked down my vits & chugged 18oz of water. then it was 6pm & I had to run off to get something for dinner. Before I knew it, the entire day was gone & i realized - its REALLY HARD for me to get my liquids in on the weekend. Ive had a headache all day & feel like crap - sluggish & drained.

B: 1.5 scrambled eggs w/ cheddar cheese
3 farmer john sausage links
Oroweat 12 Grain Bread
coffee

S: .25 of the last donut (i let the boy have the rest & grabbed the last bite of one of the ones he had)

L: (get this) a slice of corn bread
18oz water

**feeling better by about this time - at least I have enough energy to get up & go to the store for dinner -I even felt like cooking!**

I made carne asada from scratch (YUM!):
3.5 lbs flask or skirt steak
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon freshly ground cumin seed
1 large handful fresh cilantro, leaves and stems, finely chopped (great flavor in the stems)
2 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
cooked & served on tortilla factory white corn tortillas (nuked, not fried crispy)
less fat, sodium, carbs, & cals; & high in protein!!

D: 2 carne asada tacos w/ cheese & fresh HM pico de gallo (omg i KILLED IT!!!)
9oz SF Arizona green tea

Fat: 61g
Carbs:93g
Sugar: 17g
Protein:88g

Your numbers are much better today...The day looks much better from here. Quite an improvement.

If you figure a way to get tha****er in on the weekend, let me know..I'm struggling here myself. Three containers in a day is no where near what I should be taking in...You''ve seen my lists! 5 is normal. three? Three is good for a weekend. I think the trade off (in my small mind) is the activity. I'm not drinking because I'm doing laundry, vacuuming, doing my scrapbooking...working in the yard. It's hard to hold a water bottle when you've got a shovel in your hand..

I know, it's weak, but it's all I can think of. LOL. Have a great Sunday.

lol you crack me up! I think 3 is good (b/c its like 3 24oz containers, right?) - but i also agree that FOR YOU (who typically drinks way more), 3 is a little low. BUT AT LEAST ITS SOMETHING.
I completely understand not having the bottle strapped to you hip & available at all times - i have to force myself to remember WATER just so i can drink something - otherwise i'd have nothing at all.
You are getting more activity on the weekends - so that means you need more liquids right? So take a bottle out into the yard w/ you, keep a bottle on your scrapbooking table & have one ready to go where ever your gonna be folding the clothes (ugh - i ihate folding the clothes lol).
other than that - i have NO other sugfgestions lol
