I�woke up with a world class sinus headache this morning..tylenol and allegra and I'm feeling at least human. Did some walking today but not too much. Tomorrow is our bi-annual flea market so I'll be walking alot tomorrow...

Eats for Saturday:

B: 1 protein waffle serving with butter buds and sugar free syrup

2B: 2 eggs, 1 sausage, 1 bacon, about a half cup of hashed browns, 2 slices wheat toast

L: beef quesadilla (love my quesadilla maker!)�beef, cheese, tomatoes and a medium tortilla

D: 3.5 oz steak, 9 french fries, 1 package Honey Roasted Stix

I had four containers of water (one short)�three cups of coffee (alittle extra) and totally forgot my vitamins...how does that happen? I can only blame it on my headache, I guess.

here is what i had... scale says i lost 3 pounds.. woo hoo...

B- 2 slices wheat bread
2 T pb

L- 4 oz. pork chop
1/2 c. green beans
5 oz fresh strawberrys

D- went to Lin Buffet ( chinese rest.) had crab legs, chicken, beef, clams, some pasta, brocolli ect...

66 oz water
