I had a very productive day today..Up about 4:00 am to clean and vacuum. Found where our little female cat wet the floor in our son's room so I had to pick up his game system wires and clean there...sad because he's not going to be happy that I was cleaning up after him but I couldn't leave it and couldn't clean around it. Oh well, I get a pass this weekend! It's Mother's Day. hahahah. Then second breakfast with friends and shopping. Lots of shopping.. lots of walking..then home to clean and try my new invention (sandwich thin pizza...yum!)

1B: 3/4 of a protein chocolate waffle (adjusted the recipe to fix the bad mix I got. it worked alittle) with butter buds and sugar free syrup and coffee

24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch

2B: egg quesadilla with bacon and cheddar, a smidgen of pico de gallo - and a couple of cups of coffee

L: One oroweat sandwich thin (both sides) 1 oz ragu pizza sauce, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 2 oz diced ham, 1 oz pineapple chunks (put in the toaster oven for a bit and  YUM...

24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal light Pink Lemonade

D: 4.5 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into "fingers" and dipped in egg wa****alian breadcrumbs, fried. a cup of salad including cucumber, tomato and lettuce with Light Ranch dressing (dipping the fingers in that too.) YUM.

I was hoping I could make Protein Ice Cream tonight but...forgot to refrigerate a container of soy milk...and it has to be cold so . maybe tomorrow I can try eggface's recipe..thinking toasted coconut or chocolate or strawberry...

I'm happy with those numbers. I got all my vitamins (except the one calcium I'll take just before bed) and all my meds (for my cold that turned into a sinus infection), except the last one..I'm right on target today.

Sounds like a fun productive day! I ran my 5 K this morning. Hilly is putting it mildly but I was able to do it in 36 minutes; certainly not my best time, but I had fun!
0800-protein drink
1000-Kashi chewy trail mix bar
1300-1 piece of fried halibut with most of breading removed and a few fries
1900-lite ceasar salad,baked salmon, 1/3 c mashed taters and a small slice garlic bread
2130-WW ice cream snack- made me a bit nauseus
morning run, then a half mile walk/jog with DD. I am ready for bed!
Hope every one has a nice Mothers Day. My brother invited us over for a Brunch. I am excited to go. We do not see much of each other for no other reason than we do not make the time. I am going to try and do better. Life is too short notto be with family and friends!

I am phase 1 of South beach diet so no carbs or fruit for me until next week.
B: Egg whites with peppers, onions, tomatoes, low fat cheese
S: 1 Chese Stick (low fat)
L: 1 turkey slice with 1 in fresh mozz ball and 1 tomato
D: Ham, asparaguss, beans, avacado
S: Peanut Butter Mouse (2 tbsp peanut butter mixed with 2 tbsp cool whip free. Also good with a little s/f pudding. )

Had half my water so need to get the rest in before bed tonight.
