I keep hearing awesome thinks about Shakeology and am thinking of trying them myself...they say they have 70 nutrients and 17 grams of protein with a great taste.  They supposedly fill you up and give you more energy.  They are pricey but still cheaper than eating out, less than $4 per shake.  My neice sells them at www.beachbody.com/smashash and swears by them.

Congratulations on 7 yrs~that's fantastic!!!! I just hopped back on today myself-haven't had time to post in forever-but its great to see stories of inspiration! I'm 5.5yrs out and things are going well, but its always great to read of people farther out than me that are doing well too!

Hi Danielle,
I was interested reading your post.  I'm 8 years post op.  Had RNY.  Lost 100, never got to goal, and have since regained 60 pounds over the years.  My surgeon was 4 hours away at the time and I had no support in my town.  I travel constantly with my job which hasn't helped.  I struggle to stay motivated and get back on track.  Excercise is not my friend.  General health is good despite weight.  Any suggestions to help me get motivated again?
