Keeping it honest - Day 5
breakfast - kashi oatmeal
snack - 2 slices deli turkey, 2 peanut butter cookies I found in my freezer from Christmas.
lunch - panera sesame chicken salad (about half) 1/2 of the whole grain bagette slice
snack - popcorn- shared a small with my grand daughter, 6 M&M's , 6 good and plentys and a oneway bar (at the movies- 2 days in a row.)
dinner - other half of whole grain bagette slice, pork chop, spear steamed broccoli. 1/2 c home made real macaroni & cheese.
