Hi All. I am new to this forum

Just wanted to introduce myself.  I hang out a lot in the California forum, my name is Linda, I am 41 almost 42 and a single mom.  I live in southern California.  My surgery has been authorized, I am just waiting on the date.  I should have my date by wed of next week.  Linda

Hi this is my first few days in the forums too...I just had my first consult yesterday and excited about going through this journey and this website has been a godsend in helping me make decisions and think about things and bring to light issues I hadn't thought about.  I'll be 41 this year and it definitely the year of change and taking care of me.

Hi Linda~ Welcome to the forum! I'm kinda/sorta new, too. Been here a few times but not in a while. Congrats on getting authorized! We're just now sending off my insurance papers for approval. My PA doesn't think there will be a problem getting authorization. I hope she's right. As I'm sure you've experienced yourself, it's been a long road with a lot of hoop-jumping and I'm tired!
