Are you interested in volunteering for AMOS and wondering how you can help out? Would you like to give some of your time and talents to Obesityhelp.com? If so, this just may be the position for you! There are openings for Content Writer/Developer/Researcher. If you are interested in researching various topics dealing with weight loss surgery, can compile research and enjoy writing, please contact me. Wondering if you would have the time for it? Yes! All members give what time they can ~ some may only have 2 hours a week and others 2 hours a day. We appreciate all who give of their time. So, if this sounds like something you are interested in, we could use your help! Please come join the ObesityHelp Volunteer Content Team! Please contact me at [email protected] I look forward to hearing from you! Leigh Ann Robert Content Volunteer Team Leader

Leigh Ann, I would be glad to help with the writing any way that I can. Just explain what needs to be done. I love to write, and this might be some good experience for me. I mostly write poetry, but I feel I could help. I look forward to hearing from you. You can contact me at [email protected] Janice Hall

Dear Leigh Ann: I offered to help with writing and research a couple of months ago through the volunteer section of the main page, but I never received a reply. I would be happy to write articles that are research based. I have edited a couple of newsletters and am currently in a graduate writing class. Let me know if you could use my services. Tricia E. I am a freelance writer and a licensed minister. As far as writing is concerned, I have more than five years experience as a reporter/editor for a daily newspaper. I published a Christian newspaper two years before that and have been freelancing professionally since October 2000. One the freelance front, one of my specialties is health writing. I have written health-related articles for Family Digest Magazine (a national glossy) and for Managed Care Magazine (a trade publication). I also had a montly column for occupational therapists for more than two years. Feel free to check out my website at www.cookworkshop.com for other writing credentials and clips. While I've greatly reduced my assignment writing in the last year (in favor of my ministry commitments) I will do what I can to support this effort. Diane Cook Dover, DE

Diane, Hello! I was excited to read your post! I'm a Christian novelist myself. Had Lap RNY in May, 2004. Down 75 pounds so far and couldn't be happier! Where can I read your stuff?
