HAS ANYONE GOTTEN APPROVAL FOR LAP BAND WITH HEALTH ASSURANCE WHEN THEY HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE THAT STATES NO BARIATRIC SURGERY IS IT EVEN WORTH AN APPEAL

You might have your doctor talk to them about all the money they will save, like knee replacement and other copmpliucations from not having the surgery.
