Virtual Models of Yourself, Before and After

hi all! i've had a number of questions regarding my virtual before and after pics, so i figured i'd just share them with the board. if you're not familiar with it already, check out the My Virtual Model site http://www.mvm.com/en/brandme.php . once it loads, click on the weight loss tab, and two models will appear. it's pretty simple, follow the steps and put in your now weight and then goal weight, and then you can dress the virtual you! once you've got everything the way you like it, right click on each pic and Save Pic As, to whatever folder on your hard drive you want. now you have "virtual you" before and after. cool, huh?
