Help with weight loss tickers

I keep seeing everyone with these tickers and every time I try and do mine is messes up and I have to manually copy and paste my ticker in every post I put up. It's annoying and then I have to re-make it every day and leave it up or it won't even post. I tried saving it to Word but it won't copy to here. if someone could tell me how they do their's I would be eternally grateful! There must be a better website then that tickerfactory one cause I don't like it at all.

To put a ticker in you signature  Click on My OH, then click on settings, then the message board tab, then you paste your ticker into the signature.  If you use the one you create in tickerfactory you need to highlight the finised ticker and copy (ctrl C) it to paste it.  In tickerfactory you will need to create a password to be able to go back in and edit it.  After you have it copied you just need to click on it to go to the website to edit/update it.
