10 pounds has got to go....I am 255 and need those 10 gone...

I have already lost 10 lbs... want to lose 10 more!
I have been on Optifast since 8/19/10 and I'm hoping to lose 10 more pounds before surgery on 8/27!
If i dont my surgery will be cancelled :(
