Hi Cathy,
Uggg, sinus infections are miserable. Take care and eat more chicken soup! I had a great workout this morning but now my back is killing me. I think that it's because of my GBaby, she is always wanting to be picked up. My food for today:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Snack - apple
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - click
Dinner - chicken fajita salad
Snack - 1/2 c fage w/sf caramel

Still traveling and staying in the hotel. That is aways the worst for me.
Yesterday was not a very good day, I ate too much. All the good food (well,most, except the chocolate), and eceeded my calories intake by 300 cal. But, I took in extra protein, so I not all is bad. and the chocolate was the 86% cacao, all natural brand, and I only had 1/2 of it over whole day. So, not too bad afterall. In the pre-op days I probably would have end up with over 3000 cal, and a lot os sugar, this time, I got in 1500 cal, and 120 gr protein. Not too many carbs or sugar, so on this front not too bad.
Today is a better day.
So far:
B; protein drink
S: cereal (lo cal low/no sugar)
L: lean pork roast, veggies
S; coffee w/ milk
D: planning to have salad.
S: beef stick
Today: so far: 58 prot, 690 cal. Dinner + snack plan: add 25 prot, w/ 300 cal,
for a total: of 83 prot, ~1000 cal for today.
Also hope to get some cardio today...
