First Day of Summer Challenge - Commit to one thing
Hey Botts,
How is it going? I am finding it challenging to get moving with all that is going on in my life. So I have committed to doing one thing outside a day. Walk the dogs, pull weeds, work in the yard, ride my bike. Take advantage of the wonderful weather. I think this will be a good clear your head and accent the motivation!!!!

I can commit to one thing a day - rub my cat.... as long as she comes home... lol.
I can 't commit to anything to do daily, that I already don't do.
there are few things that i started due to the Summer challenge - and one new - huge item.. (the ones in bold)
But my commitments is steady:
-Yoga -3-6 times a week
- vitamins and minerals daily
-no more than one coffee daily (more - only if decaff)
-green tea or white tea daily
-follow the pouch diet - protein first, then veggies, then fruits, healthy fats, etc...
-drink min of 64 oz of water per day
- lose weight (10 lbs) and maintain my weight within my weight range
Now - new thing for me is to clean my diet and remove or limit to no more than one serving a day - any artificial flavors and sweeteners. - that is for at least a month. Then I will see how difficult is to maintain that.
