Welcome back! the one thing you can do for yourself is to stop beating yourself up.....:-) It is OK and will be OK, it is just going to take some presistence on your part. But you can do it! you just have to really believe in yourself and get your motivation back.

Been gone for awhile...had a significant weight gain and I am totally disgusted and disillusioned. I don't which way to go anymore...is it the winter blues. Hoping I can back on track and back into the healthy eating,
