eating every 2 hours?
I do eat every 2-3 hrs. Sometimes when I think I am hungry - I am acctually thirsty. I drink - then the hunger goes away for 30 -60 min. Now - please remember about calories and proteins..
Too many carbs - makes me more hungry... and eating just carbs - (with no fat or proteins) will make me eat and eat and eat. Be aware of that.

I plan my meals and snacks for every 2-3 hours. I try never to miss one as it disrupts my schedule for the rest of the day. I even eat if I am not hungry because I know by missing one of these snacks, it will throw me into a tailspin later in the day and I won't be able to get enough food in to satisify my overwhelming hungry at that point. For around 1000-1100 calories a day, I have 6-7 mini meals with about 80-95 grams of protein and less than 100 grams of carbs a day. It definitely can be done, it just needs to be planned. Look on Cafe & Cardio and see what I eat during the day.

I´m doing the every 2 hour thing trying to keep blood sugar stable but I´d love to hear how your method works for you.
Do you feel hungry between meals?
I´m usually starving at 3 hours...
what do you eat, for instance?
