I felt a cold coming on yesterday afternoon and sure enough full blown this morning.
I am pushing the cold medication today. My eats and cardio today are:8:00 AM 1 hour on treadmill (if I can make it)
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Roast & Green Beans
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich

Ia m trying a new diet - diary free. I think I developed serious alleries to anything dairy. too much mucus, sinus and other issues. And since I also have issues with soy... there are a few choices for me. Add the splenda and other artificial stuff issues and my life gets really interesting...
eats today:
coffee + almond milk
protein cookies (made with egg white proteins)
soup with beef and chicken
quest bar (my sugar was crashing - had to have something)
sunflower seeds.
chicken and pork... with mustard..
apple? or bloody orange... maybe.
