Good Morning Botts:
Well it is Mississippi's day at the elections. I am so glad. My phone has rung off the hook for the last three days with pre-messages for vote for me. I am ready for that to be over. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 50 minutes on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: Grill Chicken Breast
Snack: Protein Vanilla Pudding
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Sandwich
Yesterday I had an extra can of lite 50 calorie diced peaches. They were yummy! Have a wonderful day and enjoy the weather, Spring is almost here. Don't forget vits and fluids.

Ok, sooooo not happy with myself this morning...my scale moved in a difference direction this morning. Two weeks of work outs and eatting right was a waste. However, I knew what I was doing when I did it. Sometimes we have to learn our lesson the hard way. Missing my protein shakes has caused my eatting to be off and I am up 4.4 pounds this morning since Sunday morning.
So, to self correct I had to get rid of the Atkins Advantage and Endulge Bars this morning. I need to clean my system and will do it the fast way by drink two cups of the California Dieters Tea during the day today...problem is even with the Miralax I still have not had a good B/M in the past 5 days and I feel it sitting in my back and the gas these past few days is out of control. So, I will stay close to home over the next 24 hours.
I just check my shipment from Walmart and my protein powder is out for delivery now! I will do a two day liquid day so I can get rid of the junk I've put in my mouth over the past few days.
So, my eats for the day/morning:
Breakfast: Coffee
Snack after the gym: Snicker Marathon Protein Bar
Lunch: Protein Soup (I have about 5 more and I need to place an order)
Snack: Protein Drink (I hope my order will be here this afternoon)
Dinner: Protein Drink
Snack: Not sure...Sensa Chew to stop the late night craving
Todays work out: Tea Bo PT24/7 this morning (30 minutes basic); and 45 minutes at the gym on the Treadmill only

You know our system gets use to what we are doing and if we get side track for even a second we have to pay the penalty. I have been trying to lose 1 lb. for 4 weeks now and have played with 2 others. Well, 2 1/2 lbs. were gone this morning but still struggling with the other 1/2 lb. I still hear the newbies complain about only losing 3 lbs. this week. I think, what if you went six weeks and only lost 1 lb. That would freak them out. Have a great day!
It is gloomy but nice and warm. The trip messed me up and going back to good eating is a challenge. I had a lot of veggies that I was going to use to make nice thick soup.. so last night I just did that. I must be a great cook, since after the cooking my kitchen looked like a tornado went through it. So much mess. But I cleaned the fridge from old veggies, and end up with 7 - 1 quart jars of very thick soup. I put the hot soup in jars and put the lid on and turn upside down. The soup gets sealed inside and it will last in the fridge for up to 2 months (that I know off - never lasted longer - I ate it). It is a simple form of canning. So now - not only I was able to use the veggies and meat, but I also have a clean fridge (that I need for next Sunday party) and I have a lot of soup/stew to eat.

It's beautiful here today - most of the snow is gone, the ice on the bay moved out, it's sunny and 48 so far. Hope to take a walk with hubby, kids and dog after work. Like Tess, trying not to get frustrated that I am at a plateau - scale stuck for more than a week when I still have 35 pounds to go! Argh!

It was a soggy day here in northern California. To add 'insult' to injury, my ankle is not playing nice with me either. I'm hoping the physical therapy will help because I really dont want to have to have surgery.

Lunch - 2pm
1 cup Chunky brand chicken noodle soup
6 teaspoons unjury unflavored protein
Snack 2 - 4:30pm
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
Dinner - 6:00pm
1/2 cup homemade Gumbo (smoked sausage, shrimp, and chicken)
1/3 cup white rice
Snack 3 - 8:30pm
3/4 cup Kashi go lean crunch cereal
Exercise:
Stationary bike - 35 minutes
Totals for the day:

Net Carbs: 113g

It felt like I was stuffing my face all day, but it was a low day calorie-wise (not that I'm complaining!!).
