I woke up to a cooler morning today. I am sitting in front of my little heater with my coffee and my computer and wrapped up in my cozy blanket. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Wonton Wrapped Lasagna Cups
Snack: Vita Top
Dinner: Steak & Cheese Sub
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
Exercise: 1 hour walk in neighborhood

Morning Tess
Mid way thru my vacation and beginning a 4 day golf tournament today....very hot but so enjoyable now that I am no longer SMO
Eats wont be perfect as I AM on holidays and also need fuel for the tournament
B - protein shake
s - Greek yogurt
l - ham/cheese and pickle roll ups
s - banana....protein bar if needed
d - going to a outdoor concert tonight with eating stations....will do my best and have a low carb beer or two
All water and vits and some regular and decaf coffee

Im feeling really off. Got home from work last night and was nauseated. Tried a couple chewable meds. Ate dinner ok and felt sick again. Tired some Drammamine. That seemed to help and I feel asleep. Needless to say I didnt get any exercise in. Woke up this morning and had a dizzy spell. Feeling highly irritable. Another dizzy spell getting out of the car at work. Im just feeling 'off'. Doesnt feel like a food reaction like dumping or hypoglycemia. I dont have the shakes.
Hope it goes away. I have a personal training session tonight.
My eats may be off if I keep feeling this way, but heres what Ive had and what Im planning:
Coffee w/ cream...still working on it
Double protein bread w/ skippy natural. Had that in the car.
Quest bar. just finished that
Greek yogurt w/ PB2 and Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Another Quest bar
Lite teriyaki ginger glazed pork chops on the grill and steamed broccoli
Trainer tonight.

Unlike most post op RNY - I got got after the weight loss. On top of that I get hot flashes (really bad) when I get low on the hormon. I hate that. But I will put it on tonight so all will be fine.
Don't feel like eating "good" food... but I know better than that. So .. will be OK choices.

flatout w/cheese
coffee+ almond milk
protein shake w greens
yogurt with proteins and blueberries
beef roast with veggies..

Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : link sausage, cheese stick & a couple of cheese puffs
Snack : coffee with creamer
Lunch : birthday celebration today - burger no bun topped with texas chili, cheese & sour cream
Snack : couple bites of birthday brownie
Dinner : shrimp pasta primavera, lite on the pasta & going for the added protein Barilla+
Cardio : cruisin the neighborhood with DH & the dogs
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
Breakfast 1:
hard- boiled egg and herbal tea
Breakfast 2:
1/2 packet of Cream of Wheat w/ 5tsp protein (made with water, not milk)
Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar
Lunch:
4in of a 6in Subway Club on flatbread
Snack:
1 cheese stick and 1/2c blackberries
Dinner:
1c Chili, homemade
Snack:
1/4cup Cottage cheese w/ 3tsp protein powder
3 medium strawberries
Exercise:
Stationary bike - 30 minutes (15min in the morning and evening – ankle strengthening)
Crunches - 120
Pushups - 45
Dips - 45
Squats - 120

Snack: Protein Bar/Quest – PB & J (man did I get gas an hour after I ate it)

Dinner: 2 Chicken Wings & Fries
Snack: Not Sure!
