Good Morning Botts:
Another beautiful day here in Mississippi. We saw the temperature yesterday at 87 degrees. I am going to the farmer's market this morning with my daughter. We are going to go to the Goodwill store and then off to the Reebok Outlet Store. I have a lot of running to do today. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Pure Protein Bar
Lunch: Not sure yet
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Dinner: BBQ Pork Pita Pizzas
Snack: Vitatop

Getting a later start to the day, slept in 2 additional hours this morning. I have planned my day and getting ready to walk to the drug store to pick up my meds refill and head to the gym for a full hour on the treadmill and maybe a afternoon work out with the PT/7 Boxing DVD.

Pre-Breakfast: Coffee & Meds
Breakfast: Protein Juice – CranGrape (Mix from MyBariatricPantry.com)
Snack: Late Breakfast /1 Cup of the HI LO Cereal – Vanilla & Almond
Lunch: Late Lunch – Protein Shake 2 scoops of Protein
Snack: Protein Bar/Quest – Chocolate Peanut Butter
Dinner: Protein Bar/Quest – Chocolate Brownie
Snack: (Not Sure I still have 275 calories to work with/eat!

It is going to be a nice day here. But I have to take my cat to the vet... and I know she need the shots.. but my poor baby will be hurt.. so I hate that.
Plan to g to nursery and get some plants. we are also going to dinner and to my BF nephew high school play.. so the day is already planned. I crave weird foods lately, and that means I may need to add some more vits and minerals.

coffee with Almond milk
proteins shake
quest bar
burger and sweet potato fries (really crave those - must be my vit A) (I either buy that - i make it)
protein cake
dinner: not sure- but most likely salad with some meat... and glass of wine..
LNS: protein cake..
exercise: walking and digging in the dirt (yard work)
