What do I do?
tell us what you eat.
BTW: if I would try to follow WW diet - my BS would crash also. All the time.
Most days I can't eat:
milk
regular yogurt (Greek is OK in limited qty)
bread and most grains and grain products (there are exceptions - type qty and when combined with fat and proteins)
most fruits that are either starchy or have lot of sugar (like banana grapes, melons, etc)
I can have most berries - but I still better combined them with fat and proteins.
Most starches - veggies - including beans, potatoes, carrots beets, etc.
so what do I do - eat?
Eat every 2-3 hrs. Small complex meals that are mostly proteins and fat and some carbs
Lots of fiber
So you do not see me eating mashed potatoes. Not even 1 Tbs. It is a big no-no. No bite of regular cake. Yes - one bite may hurt me.. no skim or low fat milk.. not even in coffee - that is pure sugar - God help me when I do try that (once the coffee house had skim milk instead of cream - I used that for coffee - and crashed)
I do use flat-out wraps - that are the only wraps that I can eat safely when I want them - but I do need to combined them with fat proteins - i.e. cheese or meat or both or PB.
Also- as I discovered - my body is sensitive to Sugar alcohols and to artificial sweeteners. Not always - but I had RH when I ate protein bars that had 8-12 gr of SA, Not fun.
beside that - life is great... no?
when I hear people say: but I only had one cookie... it should not affect me - I cringe. One cookie may or may not affect me. One bite of cake may or may not affect me. I know. I been there - shaking and blacking out and getting my BS as low as 28... not fun... no fun at all.
