It was a very nice morning here to walk. Of course, it was at 5:45 AM. My eats and cardio for today are:
2 mile walk at 5:45 AM
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich w/Special K Cracker Crisps
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Snack: Special K bar
Dinner: Meatloaf and green vegetable dish
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich
Have a beautiful Tuesday and take your vits and drink plenty of fluids.

I did not drink enough yesterday and we did have bootcamp. outside. it was rough, but glad I went anyway. I had about 40 oz of water I brought with me, then had to run up and buy a Gatoraide at the desk.
Still hoping we get off work early today. We usually do, so its strange we havent heard anything yet.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Donut. Yes, I had a darn donut.

Protein Bar. Im going to need it to balance all that sugar.
Arnold double protein bar w/ Skippy Natural and banana
Not sure whats for dinner, maybe home made mini pizza :)
Tomorrow's bootcamp was moved to 9 am and I believe INSIDE. I'll be there.

I slept so well last night. I bought some Extend snacks... and ate one package together with some other food. Went to bed at 10:30... and briefly woke up at 5 ..checked my BS (was good) and slept till 6:30... I got good quality 7-8 hrs of sleep.
Eats today:
coffee+ coconut milk, sunflower seeds
frittata
chicken and veggies
yogurt with proteins + blueberries + flax
more meat and veggies...
protein cookies
pork loin + veggies (and maybe fruit)
LNS: extend bar or snack, cheese.

I think I few times when she woke me up in a middle of the night - she may been detecting some low BS I was having. I read that some animals are sensitive to that... And many times - people with BS issue - may become "distressed" during the sleep...
But when I sleep OK - so does she... I woke her up... once at 5 (turned on the light) and then at 6:30...At 6:30 I had to nudge her gently off the bed...

Poop report alert: Man I took a powerful dump this am...a 5 pounder...lmao!! It was that SF metamucil in vanilla puddin yesterday! after the 5 DPT I sure was consto..I CAN SEE NOW!! lolol All is right with my world once again...lmao!!
