Hiya Botts:
Already a hot one here today! We saw 104 degrees yesterday and will probably see it again today. I have already walked my 2 miles around the neighborhood this morning and my eats for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: 1/2 Roast Beef Pita
Snack: Protein Bar
Snack: Special K Crisp Bar
Dinner: Rotel Chicken
Snack: Ice Cream Bar
Have a great day and don't forget your vits and drink plenty of fluids.

TOOO Hot to Walk, no motivation here, also missing my usual Friday gym day so exercise no looking too good...
Breakfast : protein coffee & small slice of cherry pie (damn patriotic sweets hanging around)
Snack : probably just a fru-fru coffee
Lunch : hard boiled egg, 2 oz of roasted pork & a cheese stick
Dinner : date nite with DH, eating
Have a great weekend & try to keep it cool...

Very stressed out lately...planning a move out of the area and trying to decide on a job and figure everything out. Wish I was one of those people who lost their appetite when they were stressed. Unfortunately, I tend to be hungry during most any situation! joy. I need to remember that food is only instant satisfaction and take a step back.
Eats as Ive had them so far:

Arnold double protein w/ Skippy Natural
Banana
I have an apple with me still Need to find something to go with it for lunch. wonder if I have yogurt in the fridge.
Not sure about dinner tonight. I've been informed we are having a yard sale tomorrow, so I guess we'll be digging some things out. Something easy...

Good morning Tess and Boots.
I was out of my snacks and fell asleep on a sofa.. So no LNS...went to bed, but was too tired to try any food. Woke up at 4 ... grabbed some M&Ms (back up for low sugar - peanut M&Ms)... and went back to sleep. But I am hungry today. This morning I tried to make some protein brownies, but I guess. I was still half asleep because I somehow added 2 or 3 times the amount of baking soda... so now they taste funny - not good funny... But they are full of proteins and fiber - and it is "food: ... I will eat that as a snack... lol... may put some stuff on it to make it taste better. (will try).
eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
protein brownies.. (not too good), 2 cookies
sunflower seeds, more cake..
4 cookies - protein
pork loin + broccoli+ veggies
dinner: not sure yet - but maybe some fish and fresh veggies. I hope my appetite gets under control.
I am tire d- I probably need iron ... hate the idea and the cost... but I am feeling really tired lately.

Good Afternoon bott's. so I was home alone last night, managed to mostly curb the snack bug but not completely so at 10 p.m. I took the dogs out for a walk. Hit the gym today during lunch for my cardio.

S - carrots w/peanut butter
D - porkchops & not sure what else.
